I’d say it depends on what you’re testing rather than following a fixed schedule. For basic development work, I usually keep the same IP long enough to get consistent results, then change it when I need to compare another location or connection. Rotating constantly can make results harder to interpret. I’d keep notes about each test so you know which IP produced which result. That makes the process much easier to review later.
